These pages describe accurately what this website currently does and collects. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer, they do not yet name a legal entity or a data protection contact, and they must be reviewed before X Pay processes payments, launches a token or operates in a regulated capacity.
This policy covers the X Pay website and the demo API served from the same domain. It describes the service as it exists today, which is a marketing site, a whitepaper and a public protocol demo.
Your email address, only if you give it to us. The waitlist form is the single place on this site where you can submit personal data. If you submit it we store the address you typed, the time you submitted it, and an optional role if you provide one. We use it for one purpose: to contact you about X Pay.
Nothing else that identifies you. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, has no advertising, no tracking pixels and no third party session recording.
If you interact with the demo gateway, the payment authorization you sign contains a public wallet address. Anything settled to a public blockchain is, by design, public and permanent, and cannot be deleted by us or by anyone else. Do not send an authorization you would not want to be public.
Waitlist entries are kept until you ask us to remove them or until the waitlist is closed. Demo quotes expire in minutes and demo receipts are discarded within days.
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact us through @x_pay_llc or on Telegram. A dedicated privacy contact address will be published here before launch.

The API on this domain is a public protocol demonstration. It is provided as is, with no warranty and no service level of any kind. Specifically:

Nothing on this website or in the whitepaper is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Nothing here is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any token, security or financial instrument. Digital assets carry risk, including total loss of value.
The X Pay name, logo and brand assets belong to X Pay. The Syne typeface used in the brand assets is licensed under the SIL Open Font License.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, X Pay is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website or the demo API, including loss of funds, data or profits.
